Annual community celebration honoring the history and heritage of the Possum Trot community and Martha Berry's legacy.

My Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate external media productions, film crews, and news organizations using Berry College's campus for filming, including major productions and news coverage.

Film & Movie Productions

Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Initial Contact & Feasibility: Serve as primary contact for production companies requesting campus access
  • Location Scouting Support: Coordinate campus tours for location scouts and production teams
  • Permitting & Approvals: Navigate internal approval processes including administration, facilities, campus security
  • Contract Coordination: Work with legal team on location agreements and insurance requirements
  • Logistics Planning: Coordinate parking for production vehicles, equipment storage, power access, and facility needs
